See scan - very good condition. This is an extremely rare Bulgarian Royal Military Merit order 5th Class with crown. This was a very special 1937 jubilee issue ordered and presented on a special ceremony to commemorate the 50 years of reign of the dynasty in the Kingdom of Bulgaria. The order type is completely different from regular issues. The front center is completely flat, has a different enamel work and the text of the center is completely different, saying FERDINAND I - 2.VIII.1891. The Military Merit order with flat center is one of the RAREST Bulgarian order variations. So far this is the firstone I have for sale and I've seen no more than 2 more pieces regardless of their Class in other collectors. The flat order center was an issue only up to 3rd Class. They didn't even have an image of the 5th with crown to be published in the Orders and Medals catalogue. Absolutely scarce collector piece. I'm sure you won't see another one for sale for years...
